Can I cancel any time?
Yes. If you cancel your paid plan, your account will revert to Free plan on next billing date and you will not be charged again. Cancel, Upgrade or Downgrade any time from your Account Dashboard > Billing Settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We don’t store cardholder information on our servers. All payments are encrypted and securely processed by Stripe directly. We also accept payments through PayPal. You can select your payment method on the checkout page.
Is there any difference in features of Free plan?
No. All our plans, including the Free plan come with ALL features. We want to share DB Designer with everyone which is why we have the MOST generous free plan compared to our competitors. Users who work on two or less projects and have small models never have to pay a cent.
What is included the Enterprise plan?
Everything. If you have more than 5 members in your team or need a custom solution, please contact us. Our enterprise plan allows your organization full control of the team and data. Enterprise plan is ideal for Schools, Universities, Large Companies and Organizations.
Are there any hidden fees or contracts?
No. What you see is what you pay. There are no contracts, you can cancel or upgrade/downgrade any time.
Will I lose my projects or data if I cancel or downgrade?
No. We understand that our users may need to downgrade. You will not lose any work, projects or data if you cancel a paid plan or downgrade. However, you will be limited by the restrictions of the free plan. Feel free to downgrade to a free plan when you are not actively working on your projects to save money. You can always upgrade your plan later.
How secure is my data?
We serve thousands of Fortune 500 companies and large Enterprise customers so we take security and privacy very seriously. All communication is encrypted through SSL. All user data is stored securely, and backed up regularly.
Can I invite my team and share/collaborate with them in Free or Basic plan?
Absolutely! Like we said, all plans have full access to all features. Add your team members email to invite them and restrict their access level (Owner, Read Only, Read & Edit).
